Responsive quotes as we changed our minds. Able to contact the salesperson when we needed them. Subcontractors installed system and were careful and followed the brief.
The subcontractors were polite and tidy.The post installation paperwork was handled by the company.
The inverter was put where we wanted it.

Great service and after sales support

Solar panels
I wanted a fair bit of information about our requirements and installation practicalities but Oliver was patient and available to sort things out.Installation was delayed through no fault of Green Vision but they completed the job very satisfactorily.

I recently had a solar installation done by Green Vision Solar, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the initial consultation to the final connection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation process was smooth, and they kept me informed at every step. The quality of the solar panels is excellent, and I cant stop looking at my roof! Ive already noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills. Very happy with my solar
I went through a lot of different quotes with Green Vision Solar and they were very patient and understanding and gave me good advice around which system to go for. I felt they gave me great value for money. I did go for the 10kW system given their advice and I’m very happy that I followed their advice.The installers were great. They got on with the job, no cracked tiles and were very polite. We did have some teething issues once the installation was completed but after a quick call back to them, they sent someone straight out to fix up the issue.
They did set up the connection to the grid on my behalf making everything simple and straight forward for myself.
I would and have recommended them to friends and family.

Green Vision Solar - Amazing service
Daniel & the team from Green Vision Solar were amazing to deal with from their first quote & site inspection all the way thru to the installation was first class.With many other cheap, no frills installers (cowboys) out there it was a no brainer to go with Green Vision with their great customer service & quality of work.
Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting Solar.

Excellent service from quoting to final commissioningWorkers were on time and efficient at their jobs.
The only extra cost was replacing the power switchboard as the original was already at capacity.
This was an expected cost so we had allowed for that.
We are just waiting on our power supplier to connect us to the grid.

Great installer, fair price, good communication
Oliver was great to deal with, talked me out of a battery at the moment as they don't pay for themselves. Quotes came through quickly.Rebates were easy to get with links provided.
Install took a few days due to the glorious Melbourne weather, guys did a great job and everything looks neat and tidy, only needed a few replacement tiles which I had (my roof tiles are utter crap) and break if you sneeze at them wrong).
10 months later we asked Elliot: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
I wish I had not been talked out of getting a battery otherwise it has performed well.31 August 2023

Great install.
Oliver was prompt at replying during the quote process and well informed. Very competitive pricing. Installation was promptly arranged.The subcontractor used by Green Vision Solar arrived on the day and promptly installed the system including a difficult DC run. We were very happy with the installation process, and it was all done on the same day
The inspection process was a bit frustrating with a wide time frame given and multiple changed appointments without any notification - though this is through an independent person so relatively out of their control.
Now we're left just awaiting the grid connection.

Good price, on time installation but poor customer service after installation.
The price was good and the installation went off without any problem. They arrived when they said they would and did the job as far as I'm aware. I haven't been on the roof to look at it though.However I can't recommend their customer service. Getting connected to the grid took a long time because Green Vision sent the paperwork to a retailer I was longer buying my electricity from. They didn't explicitly ask me which retailer I was currently buying my electricity from in order to send the paperwork for grid connection to the right place. They assumed I was still using a previous retailer who I had to change from because they went out of business.
Also I am currently trying to get my monitoring set up. I have a Fronius inverter with a consumption monitor but have had minimal assistance to set up the Fronius tools to monitor consumption. Currently I am only able to see generation not consumption. Green Vision are difficult to contact on the phone and the last message I received from them was to contact Fronius. I don't think the job is complete until I have all of the tools I paid for working and I'm currently having to research setting things up myself by Youtube videos. This makes me concerned that if something were to go wrong with the system in the future, Green Vision would not be there to fix it.

Excellent and quick installation
Green Vision Solar did a great job installing our 10kW solar system. Oliver did a great job quoting and explaining the design. Four weeks after we signed up the installation was completed, much quicker than we expected in the current environment. The technicians doing the install were great. Electrical inspection completed, just waiting for the feed tariff to be setup with our retailer.10 months later we asked John: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Our solar system installed by Green Vision has outperformed our expectations. We haven't had any problems with the system, the generation has been higher than we expected, and the savings have exceeded what we anticipated.15 May 2023
TOP QUALITY SERVICE
We had our 10:45kw solar system installed last week by Green Vision Solar. We would especially like to commend Aziz & Oliver as they provided exemplary customer service and answered all our questions professionally and promptly. The process was seamless,timely and efficient.The cost of our system was also a bonus in comparison to other quotes for a smaller system that we sought prior to going ahead with Green Vision Solar.
Very happy with the installation technicians, they too; were fantastic to deal with and very polite, respectful and professional. I would highly recommend Green Vision Solar to anyone who is interested in having a solar system installed.

Really happy with our solar install
Oliver was really helpful planning our system, and was very forthcoming with prices for different brands and configurations. The quoting process was very relaxed (no hard sell), and Oliver left room to change the brands or configuration even after I'd accepted the quote.Installation was organised within a week of accepting the quote. Matthew showed up on time and explained the installation process clearly. The entire installation was completed within a day. The install itself is really clean, and not a single broken roof tile. System was inspected and switched on a week after installation, and the inspector said it was very neat.
Green Vision have arranged grid connection but I am waiting on my energy retailer to progress this. From my experience so far, I have little doubt that Green Vision will resolve any issues that might arise.
10 months later we asked Jian: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
System is working perfectly, was great to see it running through spring and summer.12 April 2023

Easy, great price!
I shopped around a fair bit. Green Vision beat about 6 others. Good price, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Good communications, crystal clear on the process. Oliver is a top bloke!Installers were early to their appointment. It was soon clear they knew what they were doing. Friendly, very professional. Install an inverter and 25 panels in about 6hrs.
Waiting on final signoff, but so far, so good! Very happy!

Finally installed solar
Thankyou solar quotes for doing the hard work and finding quality, reliable solar installers.Waited for three quotes but only ended up being contacted by two companies. The second would not confirm they could put in a 3-phase system to support the existing air conditioner so went with the first quote.
Suspect the first quote grossly overestimated how quickly the system would pay for itself, but time will tell.
Over 12 weeks from deposit to installation seemed slow but just 11 days from installation to being connected to the grid (with only a couple of signatures from myself) was impressive.
On the day installers were punctual and professional. Love the linked SEMS app which shows so far today the system has generated 60.8kWh.

Exceptional service throughout.
One of only a couple of suppliers who were willing to quote a south-facing roof.Installation crew were great and were even noted by my sparky neighbour for how efficient they were.

Gold star A plus service
I highly recommend Green Vision Solar. Oliver has been friendly, helpful & efficient from start to finish. I was impressed with his knowledgeable advice and the quote was icing on the cake. Also pat on the back to the install team. The boys were prompt, quiet & respectful. Heads down & got the job done. Zero mess left behind (I think they left my yard tidier than how they found it). Don’t even bother comparing other solar installers. Green Vision Solar is definitely the only one to use. Oliver gets my vote!!

Awesome system
The sales and quote process was pretty good. A good quote the first time, where with other suppliers it felt like a game to them.Our installer was pretty good.
The customer service was ok, I had to push a few times to get the various after install things done.

Oliver and his team did a fantastic job with our solar system install.Oliver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the first phone call. Being an electrician he was able to answer my questions on the spot. Oliver was able to accommodate our requests, where other companies couldn’t. We wanted the inverter in the shed, everyone else I spoke to wanted to run it back to the house. Which meant more money. Oliver made it happen.

Whether your taking up the government's $1400 interest free loan or not otherwise you may be dismayed as we were when the invoice was $1400 more than the quote otherwise quality of the panels risen trident and inverter goodwe are top of the range budget system with a awesome warranty of 25 years on the panels15 August 2022
Fantastic experience from the initial quote through to commissioning
I had 3 contacts initially, Oliver @Grren Vision Solar was the most focused and engaging and demonstrated he had capability and experience to plan and execute what I sought and provide excellent advice which ended up us choosing a 10kW system with higher quality equipment and panels than I previously had researched myself.The 4 guys who did the install were just fantastic, friendly but clearly work as a well oiled machine, they arrived early, set up quickly and got on with the job despite the terrible weather conditions which rained and was bitterly cold. The went above and beyond in addressing some original issues created by the builder but delivered a system with exceptional quality and went to great lengths to ensure all external conduits were hidden and run in cavities. (We actually had builder install but they did not match specs.
The guys worked safely, efficiently and delivered a quality outcome exceeding my expectations and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess for us.
The post commissioning works are still to be completed but has been arranged with no fuss and based on what has been executed to date, I do not expect anything different as an outcome.

Power to the people!
Even though it took around 6 weeks for our system to be installed due to covid delays, the Green Vision team were fabulous and we love our spanking new panels!The SolarEdge app is great too for monitoring output and usage.
Loving the free electrons being put to good use in our home!
The research we did via Solar Quotes was extremely valuable in getting our heads around everything.

Great Installation
Green Vision Solar were great from the very beginning. The process took some time as I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting into, and Oliver was very patient with all my questions. The installation team were fantastic, they were punctual and very professional and the system looks great. The system is working to specifications and the inspection took place the very next day after install. The quotation from Green Vision Solar was not the cheapest I received, however it was significantly lower than others, and that included a full upgrade of the switchboard. Work performed as promised - you cannot ask anymore than that.Inverter rating: 5/5

Satisfied with Quotation and Installation
Very helpful with initial enquiries, quote and follow up discussions and queries. Process was explained well.At installation there was an Issue with placement of panels on roof, however, that was resolved to my satisfaction.
Inspection, paper work and grid connection was all organised for me. Took a little time for the Electricity Supplier and Retailer to make it happen.

Oliver at Green Vision Solar provided excellent customer service throughout the process from providing the initial quote to organising the grid connection and answering my post-installation queries.The installation went very smoothly and the cheerful and polite team who attended my property had everything up and running within hours.
I'm definitely staying with Green Vision Solar for my future solar purchases and highly recommend the company to anyone considering buying a solar system.

Install was great, sales team were extremely frustrating and told me incorrect information numerous times.
I am happy with the install, however, unhappy with the process and information received from the sales team.- the layout of the panels that were quoted for did not fit on the roof. We had to alter the layout to a less efficient layout on the day of Installation. When I asked why they quoted a layout that never would have fitted the response was that it is not possible to know without a site measure and they ‘wouldn’t get anything done’ if they did site measures for all jobs. This seems like a massive cop out.
- the sales guy told me incorrect information about mounting height for the inverter, meaning that the preferred install location would have been non compliant.

Overall best sales person and installlation was top notch
The quote came through straight away, and it was middle range.Sales person was honest and informative.After receiving the go ahead from Solar Victoria I was informed straight away the Solar company asked if the date was convenient for me. I was informed what time they would be arriving and hoped it wasn't raining. The 2 guys were very punctual and polite and completed the installation in a day. They were vey polite and from my point of view their work was very tidy.
The inspector (who isn't from that company) arrived at 4pm without ringing first and didn't even tell me his name, although he did make the comment the the installers had done a good job.
I notified the company that the inspector had been and they will get back to me to connect me to the grid.
Keeping in mind this is only Thursday and the system was only installed last Friday.
I could not speak more highly of this company and their staff.

Very happy with the end result.
Oliver was thorough and kept me well updated and informed of the process. The installer couldn't make it on the scheduled morning due to rain delays but I was contacted the day before and was made aware that it'll be rescheduled. Great company. Highly organized, efficient and very determined to produce a very impressive finished and fully working solar system.
Oliver, contacted us within hours of us requesting a quote for a new solar and battery system. Even so he had been busy, he even managed to find the time to give us an onsite quote that same afternoon and patiently answered all our queries in the regards to which system would have suited us most for our requirements.He was very knowledgeable and he very competitive with his quote.
We were very impressed with his persona and professionalism and the same thing could be said about his team.
The team that worked on our property, was very organised, polite and installed our system in a very timely manner.
They also made sure that when the job was done they had left a very tidy and clean area with was very appreciated by us.
The complete system was delivered and installed inside the two days as promised and the inspection took place the very next day and there were no faults found.
Considering that it is a 15kw system, composed of 42 panels, two inverted and a solar battery the simple fact that all was properly installed so efficiently by this company it is a great achievement in itself and not many companies could claim this fantastic effort.
We are very happy with the outcome of this installation and would never hesitate to forward their details to any of our acquaintances or relatives as it was a seamless job from quote to finish.

Fast and straightforward installation, hidden cost of canopy not covered in quote initially.
Overall happy with the fast quote, detailed explanations and installation. Paul was polite and very prompt. Left a bitter taste in terms of customer service when they did not mention a $100 canopy that needed to be installed (did not do a initial inspection, would cost $200 for callout fee) and would not cover it even though you've already paid thousands of dollars for their services.
Great Value for Money
All aspects of the sales / quotes / purchase / install and connection process went without a hitch. For technical reasons we had a change of inverter brand at the last minute and it was no hassle at all. The installation process was smooth and delivered as promised. I'd highly recommend.
